Items in stock placed before 5.00pm Mon-Friday will be sent out the next working day.  

•Your orders will be sent out via standard UK post or the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight 

•A signature may be required on receipt 

•If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier may leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up 

•Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our warehouse 

•Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day

BENGT RETURN POLICY

In the event that you should need to return an item to BENGT, you can do so within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.

Please contact customercare@bengtfashion.com to advise that you will be returning the item quoting the order and item number and send the filled in returns form with the returned goods.

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, some items (e.g. earrings) marked with a "+" next to the product name cannot be returned, unless the product is faulty.

All items being returned must be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.

The items are your responsibility to arrange the return of at your cost and are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Once the returned items been received at our warehouse, refund to your account will be authorised.

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

We also accept cancelled orders under UK Distance Selling Regulations. If you would like to cancel your order with BENGT, you will need to advise us in writing. Please e-mail customercare@bengtfashion.com quoting your order number.

We will issue a full refund. If you have already received your order,  you will need to arrange the return of the full order at your cost. Again, all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

If we do not receive the order back, we may arrange to have it collected at your cost.
